Solution.

We worked with the client to identify those customers likely to be our strongest advocates (regular users who switched recently).  We created an engaging pack with a compelling offer for the customer and their friend.  And importantly the pack was made in two parts, one for each.   

Results. 

19.2% conversion rate.  ROI of over 33.1%.
