To get existing customers to top-up their Income Protection Cover.
Solution.
Recognising that most customers had Income protection cover to protect their family's lifestyle in the event that they couldn't work, we devised this mail piece based around a child's height chart. To make the sale process as simple as possible we also personalised the piece with a pre-loaded top-up amount and the payout and costs associated with it.
Results.
A 17.2% response rate was achieved.
